Total Customer Experience at #EMCWORLD 2015 (Day 2)

We're back with all the #CX coverage from #EMCWORLD and there was a TON of on Tuesday. The TCE was very busy attending and presenting at sessions all around the confrence and of course the Solutions Expo was open much longer. I am blown away by the level of engagement and the amount of feedback.

  1. We kicked things off in style with the announcement from Joe Tucci that we once again achieve our highest Net Promoter score to date. To tie it all together Joe brought Mr Spock up on stage at the end to close out the general session. Behind the Scenes Secret: Mr Spock was only going to hang out at the TCE booth (463) but when Joe spotted him Monday night he insisted Spock come join him on stage!
  2. A lot of the great talk around Customer Experience didn't come from EMC. Check out these blogs to see how our vendors and partners felt.
  3. Next were the sessions and interviews. What wasn't shared on social were the analyst sessions that happen behind the scenes. Total Customer Experience VP Carolyn Muise sat with 8 different analysts during the convention. We are not allowed to share what happened in those sessions but be assured we are very interested to see what they write about! Here is a quick recap of the sessions that we can share.
  4. Then we closed out the night with tons of booth activity. We threw our shifts out the window at it was all hands on deck from the moment the Solutions Expo opened at 11:30 until close. I am super excited to go through all the great feedback we collected.
