On March 18th, technology innovators, development specialists, government officials, academics, civil society representatives, and the private sector gathered at the World Bank in Washington D.C. to discuss how citizen engagement and feedback systems can strengthen development work.


  1. World Bank Group President Jim Yong Kim opened the conference and World Bank Group Managing Director Caroline Anstey chaired the event. Jay Naidoo, Chair of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Partnership Council of the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition, was the featured speaker. This event was hosted by the World Bank Group in partnership with CIVICUS, InterAction, and the Government of Finland.
