  1. Hi Tribe!! My name is Nandini Singh and I hail from the great New Jersey! (Disclaimer: I don’t always dress like Mario. 😢) I’m a junior at the College majoring in Kinesiology/Public Health and minoring in Economics. On campus, I’m a freshmen Resident Assistant (@wmreslife), a Branch Out Alternative Breaks Student Coordinator (@wmbranchout @oceatwm), and the Undersecretary for Community Engagement and Service (@wmstudentassembly). I’m also involved with Swim Club, AIM4, and South Asian Student Association. I can’t wait to share my week with you! - @nandini.97

  2. Being apart of Residence Life as an RA has been so important to my time here at WM. William and Mary does a great job of making residence halls feel like home, and every day I’m thankful to help create that experience! The people I’ve worked with have become some of my best friends, and I feel so lucky to be apart of this wonderful community. (Pictured above: my last year’s staff, my staff this year, and my residents last year! ❤️) - @nandini.97

  4. Ask me how I *Branch Out* 🌲• WM Branch Out Alternative Breaks provides students with opportunities to go on immersive, justice-oriented service trips. Last year, I led a trip to work with Senior Connections in RVA — this year, I work as an Education Coordinator! That entails teaching our Site Leader training class, planning Branch Out events around campus, and coordinating our 16 trips! Come visit me and our exec board (affectionately called “Trunk”) in our office on the 3rd floor of Blow! 🍃- @nandini.97

  6. This summer, thanks to funding from the Office of Community Engagement (@oceatwm), I attended a national conference with Branch Out’s parent organization, Break Away (@activecitizenhq). I volunteered with the National Parks Service while attending workshops dedicated to improving Alternative Breaks programs across the country, and I’ve loved bringing what I learned back to William and Mary. (Also, the Grand Canyon wasn’t too bad!!) I’m thankful to be at a college that is so supportive of bettering their student organizations! - @nandini.97

  8. Happy Fall Break Tribe!! 🍁Although most of campus is gone, I’m on Fall Break duty as a RA. Being here during breaks allows me more time to enjoy Williamsburg (and its delicious food) — this morning, I picked up @duckdonutswilliamsburg for my residents and visited the Williamsburg Farmer’s Market, where I got a delicious blackberry and peach pie from @jamestownpiecompany. Supporting local business is so important, and the Farmer’s Market is a great way to do so! - @nandini.97

  10. I couldn’t spend a week sharing why W&M is so special to me without including the people (and pets) I’ve met along the way. Cheesiness alert 🧀: W&M is full of wonderful people who make every day here better! I couldn’t imagine feeling more supported and inspired anywhere else. Thanks for joining me this week, and have a great Sunday Tribe! 💚💛 - @nandini.97
