  1. Hey there tribe! My name is Rachel Posner and I'm currently a junior at W&M, studying sociology and marketing. On campus I'm involved with APO @aponurho , HOPE, and orientation @wmfye and during my free time you can usually find me wandering around CW or enjoying the beautiful paths in the Matoaka Woods! However, this semester I'm studying Hindi and sustainable development & social change in Jaipur, India (hey there, @internationalwm ). I couldn't be more excited to share my week with you all! फिर मिलेंगे! @rposeeee

  2. Gooood morning tribe! Every day I take an auto rickshaw to school, and here is a time lapse from a portion of my ride this morning. Learning how to navigate the roads via rickshaw has been a fun adventure for me so far, and a great opportunity for practice my direction-giving in Hindi! - @rposeeee
  3. Hi it's me again!! Today my friend and I stumbled upon an amazing art gallery and place where many college students hang out. Here's just one of the many stunning pieces we saw, an old Rajasthani piece of a "cosmic woman." We also saw a college visual art exhibition and were able to meet some of the student artists. It's been really interesting to meet college students from Jaipur and learn about their experiences of being students in India! - @rposeeee

  4. Morning tribe! Today was a great day for learning and laugher. This is one of my Hindi teachers, Rashmi-ji, patiently explaining how to use verbs in the habitual tense (and even smiling while she does it). Hindi class is always my favorite part of the day because it's a great opportunity to turn my brain on in a new way. Plus, my Hindi midterm is tomorrow so I'm studying up! I hope your classes today are intellectually stimulating and full of new information and perspectives. 📚📓 @rposeeee

  5. So far I've seen some incredible sunsets in Jaipur, and here is just one of them that I couldn't resist sharing. This photo was taken from the rooftop of a friend's homestay. It's so nice to find peace as the day turns to night even in a hectic and bustling city like Jaipur! @rposeeee

  6. Playing cricket with my host brothers has become one of my favorite pastimes in India. We usually play on the roof of my house which is tons of fun, but occasionally I do hit the ball off the roof (oops!!). This is a picture of my host brothers figuring out what to do after I hit the ball off the roof into a yard across the street. Personally I think that earns me a gold medal, but they didn't necessarily agree - however, they did graciously agree to get the ball from across the street so we could continue our game!! @rposeeee

  7. Okay Tribe, it's time to say goodbye! I'd like to end this week with a picture of Jaipur, seen from the top of the Jaigarh Fort. This is one of my favorite views of the city that has become my home away from home. I've absolutely loved sharing my week with you all, and I can't wait to be back on campus to see your shining faces in the fall! See you soon! - @rposeeee
