Relationship Building, Twitter Style

While I typically use Twitter as a channel to share client social content and industry insight, I've also found it to be an effective way to connect with and build relationships with clients, prospects and influencers.

  1. Here's an example of an interaction with an important client contact - a senior marketer at Neustar.
  2. And here is a new connection established.  A Twitter follower retweets me, which provides the perfect opportunity for me to direct message him.
