  1. I put together 20 photos/videos I've taken over the past couple years and put them together to show how communities are formed within the EDM scene. Whether it's meeting people at shows, online, talking to artists over social media or in person, it's all one big community put together by the love of music and acceptance of any and everyone.

  3. All of us go to school together, yet our mini groups have never hung out before. That changed when we all ran into each other at a show and got down to some sick beats🤘🏻NGHTMRE brought us all together for a phenomenal night

  5. We met at my first ever machine gun kelly concert 3 years ago. We started out only see each other at mgk until we realized we both raved and started meeting up at shows across Mo/IA/KS. It's crazy how music can create bonds such as the one I have with Christina. We're already planning on meeting up at 3 different festivals over the summer 👍🏻 (awful pic but it was the only one I had where both our eyes were open lol)

  7. It brings groups together, as well as a couple friends who enjoy headbanging outdoors 😉😂 (please don't judge us for this)
  8. The PLUR way of life is something that a lot of ravers get into. Peace, Love, Unity and Respect is a way to make friends at shows and festivals. This is the way that ravers trade kandi with each other

  11. With all the issues going on with the police, at @electric_forest everyone gets along with one another and everyone is respected. The cops at shows are usually pretty cool people.

  16. Being packed like sardines in a small venue and everyone jumping at once is an awesome feeling. Everyone is feeling the music and letting loose. It's such a great feeling to experience.

  22. One of the many "glovers" seen at a show. There are online forums filled with fellow glovers chatting, giving advice to others, and showing off new moves.

  24. All these pictures and videos bring me back to all the good times I've had going to shows across the Midwest. The friends I've made and the communities I've immersed myself in have left a lasting impression on my life.
