Seattle International Film Festival 2012

  1. In August 2011, SIFF announced it would be moving its operations from a leased space at McCaw Hall to three screens at Uptown Theater, one of the city's oldest movie houses.

  5. The lead up to SIFF 2012 stirred a lot of excitement. 
  6. SIFF 2012 kicked off on May 17 at McCaw Hall. Among those in attendence were Seattle Mayor Mike McGinn,  SIFF artistic director Carl Spence, managing director Deborah Person, and special guests Lynn Shelton and Steven Schardt -- the director and producer of "Your Sister's Sister."
