In the Mexican states of Tamaulipas & Zacatecas, the drug cartel "Los Zetas" have issued media blackouts on all reporting related to organized crime. Local citizens have responded by turning to Twitter to report on shootings, assassinations, and other crimes on the #ReynosaFollow hashta.
