  1. Felicia Pride and Kelli Anderson teamed up with the Media Rise Festival to celebrate the launch of the official second chapter of StoryCode in Washington, DC.
  2. Founded in New York as a transmedia meetup, StoryCode has evolved into an open-source, global community for emerging and established cross-platform and immersive storytellers.
  3. Emerging and established cross-platform storytellers convened at The Dunes to showcase projects that stand at the intersection of storytelling, technology, and social good.
  4. Jonathan Goodman Levitt spoke first about his work with Reality Check a live interactive version of the film Follow the Leader. The film is a political coming-of-age story about three teenage boys with Presidential dreams. Reality Check is currently in development as an on-demand game and educational tool.  
  5. Next, artist, Gregg Deal, offered a compelling presentation about his performance art piece entitled, The Last American Indian on Earth

  7. Through photography and film his project brings the perceived Native stereotype to the public, forcing the consideration of the image as it pertains to the modern day, and thus creating an interesting social experience.
