At the SFA, 2013 is the year of celebrating women at work in the food world. Whether she is a home cook, bartender, or oyster shucker, we've learned of many of their stories over the course of this year. The SFA's 2013 summer symposium in Richmond allowed participants to experience many of these stories first hand.
