In a nutshell Having started as a moving food truck, Salt has quickly evolved into an institution on kite beach with a cute outdoor setting and an even cuter indoor air conditioned area to accomodate for the very heated Dubai summers. The burgers are amazing, the fries even more amazing and their Lotus Softie more and more amazing.
