1. My ISTE experience was quite different this year due to the fact that I actually presented or facilitated at 5 sessions this year! While I was not able to attend many sessions, I have to say that the networking and connections made outside of session is where most of my best memories and learning occurred. So grateful to my PLN for their friendship and support!
  2. Following are links to my session resources, followed by tweets from sessions I attended. Enjoy! -Nancy
  3. So honored to co-facilitate a panel with my wonderful #LMSPeeps Jessica Raleigh, Sarah Thomas, and Chris Rogers. Our panelists provided such good information on best practices, struggles, and questions on where we go from here. Check out all of the tweets from this session with Twitter hashtag #ISTELMS.
  4. I am so excited about the work of Colorado ASCD (#coascd) to identify powerful learning practices and assemble a resource for all teachers to be able to implement. I hosted a poster session to share the work we have done so far. Here is a link to our website for more information.
  5. On Tuesday, I was honored to co-present at the Ed Tech Coaches Playground with my teammates, Lori Hartman & Christine Schein on our Digital Learning Coach model, based upon the ISTE Standards for Coaches.
  6. One of my passions is to help teachers find ways to design learning that not just allows students to practice digital age skills, but to assess these skills, for opportunities to give students feedback and help them improve. I was honored to present a mini-workshop with my friends and colleagues Becky Russell and Stevan Kalmon. This is a link to our folder of resources.
  7. Personalize Learning With Student Curation: This was my #presenterofiste Big Idea. I believe we need to stop talking about teacher curation of digital resources, and start providing increased opportunity for students to curate information. Want to know more? Check out my wiki!
