My Verizon Wireless Support Story

Ever since I bought my "new iPad" with Verizon 4G, I've been unable to see the usage screen on the device, so I have no way to tell when my month of data is up, or how much data I've actually used. Here is how Verizon tried to help.

  1. Shared a photo that I posted earlier last week when I got the handle wrong.
  2. Here I attempted to register for a "My Verizon" account that I didn't previously have to attempt to log in with. 
  3. Got an error message:
    "We're sorry, but at this time you cannot register your account for My Verizon. Please access your account information on your device." 

    Exactly.  But I can't do that.
