    For the Donuts:

    -15 oz potato

    -1 egg

    -1/4 pure maple syrup

    -1 tbsp of zero percent fat yogurt

    -1 tsp vanilla

    -2/3 cups all purpose flour

    -1 tsp baking soda

    -1/4 tsp salt

    -1 tsp ground cinnamon

    For coating:

    -1 tbsp of butter

    -3 tablespoons pure maple syrup

    -1/2 cups powdered sugar

    First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Apply a baking pan with oil anti sticking. After that, make sure there is no more liquid on the potatoes and potato puree using a blender or other devices.

    Second, blend the potatoes that have been mashed with egg, maple syrup, yogurt and vanilla in medium bowl until well blended. Combine well the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in small bowl. After that, mix the dough back in the bowl and a small bowl until evenly distributed.
