Effects of flooding were felt along Perkiomen Creek on Sunday as the creek caused damage through Montgomery County.
Along Old Sumneytown Pike, the creek tore the asphalt from the ground causing pieces of the road to float into wooded areas.
- At Garges Road in Schwenksville, the road which crosses the Perkiomen was completely flooded. A water rescue was called to the location show below Sunday morning.
- Graterford Road was closed to traffic but locals ran out to take photos of Perkiomen Creek.
