Flash Flood Warning for south-central Los Angeles County, Torrance, West CarsonThe National Weather Service issued a Flash Flood Warning at 4:53 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2014, extending until 6:45 p.m., for the south-central region of Los Angeles County, including but not limited to Torrance and West Carson. The NWS requested activation of the Emergency Alert System to spread news of the Flash Flood Warning.
