  1. Amiri Baraka, 9/11-Israel conspiracy theorist and anti-Semite who longed for "steel knuckles in a jewlady's mouth," is dead at 79.  Here are some of his anti-Semitic statements and writings, culled from poems, essays and interviews.

  2. Baraka was a singularly vicious anti-Semite.  He was a black radical -- a political posture for which he is enduringly celebrated -- who embraced the Socialism of Fools, the salvific "social justice" of Jew-hatred.  His life's work is a teachable nexus of victimology, conspiracy theory, revolution and anti-Jewish scapegoating.

It is a neat depiction of the self-eroding futility of anti-Semitism that Baraka expired in New York City's Beth Israel hospital.

He also really despised white people, women and gays.
  3. Owing to his notorious contention that Israel had foreknowledge of 9/11 and failed to warn anybody but the "Israelis" who worked in the Twin Towers, Baraka's position as New Jersey Poet Laureate was eliminated.  The Newark school board found this so offensive that they conferred a compensatory honor on Baraka: Laureate of Newark Schools.
