- Fair point in response to my claim that we need Industrial Designers' appreciation of consumer culture
- Another useful response from Neil — although it has obviously worked for Nest, and many of Apple's design decisions probably wouldn't have been made if they weighed up cost vs. value all the time. That's not to suggest that you shouldn't do that.
