- @ian_norris not directly, but you say we are making cuts to build the CBD therefore you are tying the two together, when separate issues

- @BurslemCentral yes well if the two reports are correct and the two centres will increase revenue costs you will have to make cuts, no?
- @ian_norris no the only cuts will be from the overheads on the buildings we will no longer need, not from services,

- @BurslemCentral yes you'll save some if you are able to dispose of vacant building but will only reduce additional £6m a year,(see savilles)
