Wow, what an attention grabbing headline, eh? I clicked on over from the Daily Beast's teaser to Jezebel's site where I saw this:

Yes folks, as we all know, being a CONSERVATIVE STRONG MAN means making sure rapes can't be reported on our college campuses!
I am, of course, being sarcastic here.
As it so happens, this Jezebel writer, Natasha Vargas-Cooper, either didn't do any research at all on this piece or she deliberately left out the whole story.
There is a pretty damn good reason Scott Walker deleted these reporting requirements.
He did it because - get this! - the University of Wisconsin *asked* him to.

20 seconds of Googling would have cleared up what was going on here, but it was apparently more important to some to rush a piping hot new Walker smear out the door before doing any due diligence.
