Here's an announcement from regarding this morning's wind damage to Carillon Historical Park's Carillon Tree of Light.
We are thrilled that the Carillon Tree of Light has brought so much joy to the community over the past couple weeks.
As many of you may have heard, the Tree of Light suffered damage early this morning in high winds. The Deeds Carillon itself was not damaged.
Due to the custom fabrication of the light display, the restoration of the Carillon Tree of Light will not be completed in time for Christmas this year. However, the Carillon Tree of Light will return in 2016 accompanied by additional holiday activities!
Thank you to everyone who has offered words of support to our organization.
The daily mini Carillon concerts will continue as scheduled at 10:00am, 12:00pm, 2:00pm, 5:00pm, 6:00pm, and 7:00pm.
Happy Holidays from Carillon Historical Park!
