  1. What looks good with braids? Why a Flying WV, of course. That's what 82-year-old country legend sported for a song or two Monday night during a concert at the Clay Center for the Arts & Sciences in Charleston. Willie wore it well.
  2. Someone -- we're told it was former Charleston Gazette managing editor Patty Tompkins -- tossed the ball cap with West Virginia University's logo onto the stage. Willie picked it up and popped it onto his head.
  3. Willie Nelson representing tonight! Shotgun Willie! #WVU

  4. The hat lasted for only a few minutes before Willie tossed it into the crowd and went back to a red bandana.
  5. Needless to say Willie Nelson was amazing! (Sporting a WV Hat) #WV #willienelson #music #claycenter #greattimes #awesome
  6. What do you do when a country legend wears an iconic logo during a concert in your beloved home state? Why you take a photo. Hundreds of smartphones came out and lit up the crowd.
