L.- TV suddenly became infatuated with the JonBenet Ramsey case, offering up more than one close look, and you had to imagine that someone would get sued.
Alexandre Desplat moves from Rogue One to Luc Besson's ValerianJust last week it was revealed that Alexandre Desplat, who was set to compose the score for ROGUE ONE: A STAR WARS STORY, had departed the project and was replaced by Michael Giacchino (STAR TREK BEYOND). The reason for Desplat's departure wound up being the ROGUE ONE reshoots which unfortunately pushed the scoring schedule back to the point where Desplat was no longer available.- One weird sci-fi adventure or another. What's the difference really? It looks like reshoots and prior commitments were the real problem, and not the idea that Star Wars was suddenly unhappy with the composer, but it didn't take long to line up more work.

Titled Magnum, the sequel/reboot shot will revolve around his daughter Lily "Tommy" Magnum as she travels to the aloha state to take charge of her dad's detective agency.- The internet was abuzz with news of a new Magnum P.I. effort being in development, and there's reboots and then there's reboots. Apparently, this one is actually something of a sequel/spin-off, as the show will center on Magnum's daughter who looks to take over her father's business. Hmmm...
'Better Late Than Never' Renewed for Season 2 at NBC (EXCLUSIVE)NBC has renewed summer reality series " Better Late Than Never" for a second season, Variety has learned. Over the course of its four-episode first season, "Better Late Than Never" averaged a 1.8 rating in adults 18-49 and 8.1 million viewers, according to Nielsen most-current ratings - live-plus-seven numbers with live-plus-same day substituted for the most recent weeks, in which delayed viewing numbers are unavailable.- Old Crazy Guys who tromp around the world gets renewed. Seriously though, the show, which wasn't "good" by any stretch, was a bit hard to stop watching.

A semi-autobiographical series, in the vein of Curb Your Enthusiasm, stars Clay as an exaggerated version of himself and debuted on the pay cable network earlier in the year to mixed reviews.
