  1. CJLO 1690 AM is a community and campus radio of Concordia University, based in Montreal and works for the Concordia Student Broadcasting Corporation. The station manager of the radio is Michael Langiewicz, these days. In March 2006, Concordia Student Broadcasting Corp. got a yes from CRTC to launch an AM station of an English Language that would telecast on 1960 kHz frequency and 1000 watt ERP. The content of the station would be 126 hours per week out of which 8% of the programming would be dedicated to the audience of Francophone. Local musicians, artists, music shows and concerts would be specially promoted in order to encourage the local artists of Canada.
