- 91X 91.3 FM that is also well known as CJLX-FM is campus station worked under the ownership of Loyalist College Radio Inc. and located in Belleville, ON. In 1992, this student station established and then on 13November 1990 it was proposed to the frequency of 92.3 MHz and 50-watttransmitter (a low power transmitter) after the approval of CRTC. Loyalist chooses Hard Rock as a format of a station which was previously struggling to work with two closed-circuit channels. Quinte Broadcasting Co. - After the proper establishment of Radio, it was decided that costs expenditures on it operation would be fulfilled through donations from fundraisers, administration and limited advert revenue. Students and Volunteers, who are into journalism courses would direct the programming with the training and support of teachers or seniors. On 30 November 1992, CJLX was officially launched, and right after one month, its long signal test was held. On 8 October 2004, its frequency was transferred to 91.3 MHz, and wattage was further increased to 3400, and all of these changes then become operational in October 2005.
