- Following the example of seabird researchers, we organised a Twitter conference in neuroscience, on 20th April 2017. The four keynotes and 30 presentations can be found in these online proceedings. The abstracts for the regular presentations are at brain.tc/program. All presentations and much of the discussion can be found at the conference hashtag #brainTC, but to find the rest, you'll need to click through the presentation tweets to find conversation threads in Twitter.
- Conference organisers were Enrico Glerean @eglerean, Tommi Himberg @tijh, Annika Hultén @AnnikaHulten, Juulia Suvilehto @JSuvilehto and Koos Zevenhoven @k7hoven
All organizers are affiliated with the Department of Neuroscience and Biomedical Engineering @AaltoUniversity, Finland. #brainTC is sponsored by Aalto Brain Center.
- The first session of talks in the conference started at 7:00 UTC. Each presentation is a series of six numbered tweets, and is preceded by the announcement from the @abc_aalto account.
