VSO ICS is partnered with an organisation calledDEAFWAY and runs a programme in Cebu city in the Philippines. This programme supports deaf and hearing volunteers to work together to organise awarenessraising events, share sign language and deaf culture in and promote access to servicesand opportunities for deaf young people.
