Host Home LifeFor the past six weeks, I have been living with an indigenous Tampoun family in Chiry village situated on the outskirts of Banlung with my two counterparts, Anna Hollis (UK VSO ICS volunteer) from Stafford UK and Ly Linden (Khmer VSO ICS volunteer) from Kampong Cham province in Cambodia.- Festivals, farming, floods and fun. VSO ICS has programmes in the North East of Cambodia in Stung Treng and Ratanikiri. Volunteers work with local NGOs to help increase secure livelihoods for poor and marginalised people focusing on waste management, microfinance and agriculture.
