Social media buzz: Boehner plans to sue Obama, highway funding

  5. A. I agree with the lawsuit. President Obama has overreached. This is a valid way for Congress to address executive changes to legislation without congressional authority. 33%

    B. I disagree with the lawsuit. Obama’s executive orders were reasonable accommodations needed to implement legislation passed by Congress. This is a stunt. - 25%

    C. Although the lawsuit is a stunt and likely won’t have any practical result, Congress’ complaints are serious. This just isn’t the best way to rein in executive overreach. - 0% 

    D. The lawsuit doesn’t go far enough. President Obama should be impeached. - 9%
