In preparation for our session, I sent out tweets 2 days, 24 hours and 1 hour in advance to get folks there.
Gave a shout out to any of the teachers I saw but hadn't met in real life.
This is a teacher that ended up joining us to volunteer at our booth. Indeed, all of the volunteer educators we had working our booth were so fantastic! Some planned and some un-planned drop ins lending a hand.
Promoted the booth giveaway. Nearpod didn't have a booth at CUE16 and I think I might have turned on every educator I encountered to their platform.
During the presentation, I had scheduled roll-outs of session slides deploy. Thanks, Jeff K, for the wonderful idea! It worked so well!
