Radical Grace's U.S. Premiere at AFI DOCS
A summary of our incredible U.S. premiere at the American Film Institute, which brought together filmmakers, fans, sisters, and activists to talk about gender equality and the role of faith in activist work.
Last weekend we had our U.S. premiere at AFI DOCS, a film festival that combines art and politics by connecting documentarians with policy makers. What a perfect place for us to share the sisters' story and promote our mission to connect spiritual calling with social justice work. Check out a summary of our festival weekend below.

We had screenings on both Saturday and Sunday, to packed houses.
After each screening we had took questions from the audience with Sister Simone and Sister Chris.
On Saturday night after the screening we held a gathering for organizers who want to use Radical Grace in their work for progressive change. At the party we asked them to write down how their organization planned to use the film.
And on Sunday our good friends at Women's Alliance for Theology, Ethics and Ritual (WATER) held a reception for the film.
To top off an already incredible weekend, we learned Sunday night that we'd be back by popular demand the next day for a third screening. It's all thanks to everyone who voted for us on the audience choice ballot. We got second place!
Thank you so much to everyone who came to our screenings and gave such indredible feedback. Here's a selection of wonderful reviews we got both from fans and the press:
