#BSCconf16 Postgraduate round up

A selection of the social media reaction, by postgraduate students, to the British Society of Criminology conference 2016 'inequalities in a diverse world' held in Nottingham 6-8th July 2016.

  1. A free breakfast for postgraduates kick started #BSCconf16, introducing the new postgraduate committee headed by PG Chair Claire Davis.
  2. Postgraduates took to twitter to share their poster contributions to the conference. A wide variety of colourful posters, topics and interests. Really showcasing the talent that postgraduate criminology students have from around the globe!
  3. Claire and Sarah arranged three excellent workshops for postgraduate students, covering networking, getting published, and building your academic CV, amongst others.
  4. Excitement for the main conference grew, and BSC even got a mention on the radio!
  5. As the postgraduate plenary began, BSC president Peter Squires asks 'What is criminology for?'
