Prior to the official start of the TIG Conference, the Legal Aid Drupal Users Collective sponsored a Legal Aid Hackathon. Participants gathered on Tuesday to develop open source tools and Drupal solutions to improve access to justice.
The TIG Conference officially kicked off Wednesday morning with a record-breaking more than 300 attendees. They gathered for the Opening Plenary "User Design in Today's World – Lessons for the Legal Services Community from the Private Sector."

Following the plenary, attendees headed off to different sessions for tips on using SMS for legal services, migrating software and hardware to the Cloud, developing online triage and portal projects, and much more.
