12th Street Steel: Repairing the Ashland Bridge

In May, damage to the Ben Williamson (12th Street) Bridge in Ashland, Ky., forced the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet to close the structure. This is the story of what happened, and how highway staff and contractors worked to reconnect the Ohio River communities the bridge serves.
