  2. Michael C. Stenger is the new Senate Sergeant at Arms and Doorkeeper, Majority Leader Mitch McConnell announced Monday. He was chief of staff for the Senate Sergeant as Arms since January 2015 and served with the Secret Service for 35 years before that.

    He succeeds Frank J. Larkin, who retired in March.
