  2. Emotion is a critical component to learning. When we effectively help elicit an emotional response to our content we have a greater opportunity to make it memorable.
  3. With more and more information and instruction moving online in various formats how can we best tap into the emotions of our audience. What content-emotion pairings work best? How can we best use technology to trigger an emotional response? And which emotional responses are the most impactful for long-term behavior change?
