Beyond Paris: what could a good climate deal mean for Britain and the world?

This event on 22 September 2015, held in association with the CBI and supported by National Grid, discussed what a good climate deal could mean for the UK and the world.


  1. The event opened with speeches from the Former US Vice President Al Gore, John Cridland, Director-General, CBI and Loretta Minghella, CEO, Christian Aid.

    A panel discussion chaired by the BBC's Reeta Chakrabarti followed, with Ben Goldsmith, Chair of the Conservative Environment Network; Andrew Bonfield, Global Finance Director, National Grid; Dame Fiona Reynolds DBE, Green Alliance chair; and Michael Jacobs, Senior Adviser, The New Climate Economy. The event was supported by National Grid.
