  7. Samad’s project management experience specializes in enterprise system integration projects, vendor management, and rescuing troubled projects.  

    With decades of IT experience experience in Telecom, Finance, HealthCare, and Government on projects in the U.S, Germany, Austria, and Belgium. Samad has successfully negotiated  multi-million dollar vendor contracts for large-scale complex system integration projects.

    His cross cultural approach and focus on the People side of successful projects led him to focus on the Neuroscience of Leadership.

    As a seasoned Project manager and Neuroscientist Samad now connects the latest findings of brain research initiatives and change leadership to educating Project Managers on project design, and how to lead brain-friendly successful change initiatives.
