  1. Under the slogan, of 'No Slogans' (wink wink) EuroPCom 2015 asked a crucial question - can we create a meaningful dialogue between citizens and governmental bodies?
  2. Focused panel discussions and workshops covered a broad range of topics around the central theme of communications, which led to some choice-anxiety
  3. But of course variety is the spice of life and in the EU we like variety
  4. So panel topics ranged from migration, to transparency in communication, to nationalism and terrorism, to Space missions in Europe
  5. So across these broad topics it was first important to decide WHO should communicate these messages in order to effectively bridge the gap between the communicator and the target community and facilitate a two-way dialogue
  6. Answers ranged from regional authorities or specific organisations to European officials.
  7. There were also a lot of advice on what is needed for good communication
