  1. Doris Kearns Goodwin, America’s “historian-in-chief” and the author of six New York Times best-selling books, visited Agnes Irwin on Sept. 28 for a lecture entitled: “How Did We Get Here? A Historical Perspective on the Wild 2016 Election.”
  2. Presidential historian @doriskgoodwin put the 2016 presidential race in perspective last night - and shared some fun stories, including how @hillaryclinton invited her to a sleepover at the White House, and how @barackobama called her up after reading her book, asking for advice. This morning, Dr. Goodwin speaks with our 8-12th graders and @haverfordschool seniors!
