Body parts case has Vancouver links?

A human hand and a foot were mailed to two Vancouver schools. Are they linked to pornstar Luka Magnotta's killing? What are the people saying about the case?

    Vancouver police said during live press conference they can't connect it to the body parts case yet. They are working with Montreal police.
