Education Drives America - Bus Tour Day 8
The “Education Drives America” Back-to-School Bus Tour takes Secretary Arne Duncan and senior ED staff coast-to-coast. Day eight included stops in Roanoke and Richmond, Virginia and a final event in Washington, DC. Visit ed.gov/bustour to read about the entire tour.

- Secretary Arne Duncan highlighted First Lady Michelle Obama’s “Let’s Move!” campaign that focuses on confronting and ending childhood obesity. The event, held in conjunction with Richmond Fit for Life and other health stakeholders, freatured health screenings for middle school and high school students.
