U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan and Assistant Secretary for Special Education and Rehabilitative Services, Alexa Posny, joined the Council for Exceptional Children yesterday for a Twitter town hall to address topics on the results and outcomes for children and youth with disabilities.

  11. In 2012 President requested $100M increase over '11 for Part B IDEA Grants. Over 10yrs IDEA Part B $ has gone up over $4B. #CECTownHall
