If you could know one language that you don't know now, which one would it be?

This week for #wonderwednesday we asked Jumbos to speak in tongues. Or rather, we asked them to share which tongues they wish they could speak.

  1. definitely italian :) RT @TuftsUniversity: If you could know one language that you don't know now, which one would it be? #wonderwednesday
  2. @TuftsUniversity Definitely tagalog. My wife's family is originally from the Philippines & they speak the language often. #wonderwednesday
  3. @TuftsUniversity Spanish. I would complete the second half of the language requirement. :P
  4. @TuftsUniversity since the scariest part of going abroad to Brussels is going to be not knowing Flemish, that would be it. #wonderwednesday
  5. @TuftsUniversity Sign Language because it requires the use of mirror neurons and that's just awesome.
  6. A couple of responses interpreted the question from a technical perspective, reminding us that there are different kinds of languages out there.

  7. “@TuftsUniversity: If you could know one language that you don't know now, which one would it be? #wonderwednesday” ruby!
  8. @TuftsUniversity I wish I knew C. I've been skating by on scripting languages for too long.
