Golden Gate Fields pitches for Berkeley Lab's 2nd campus: Public meeting, August 3, 2011
There are six sites in competition for the Lawrence Berkeley National Lab's second campus, three of them in, or partially in, Berkeley. On Wednesday August 3rd, starting at 7:30pm, a public meeting was held to discuss the Golden Gate Fields bid. The site is partly in Berkeley, partly in Albany. Berkeleyside's Lance Knobel was there and live-tweeted the gathering.
