  1. Romney, Santorum and Gingrich all signed a pledge vowing to vigorously prosecute “obscene” pornography.
  2. According to the Justice Department: "Just about everything on the Internet and almost everything in the video stores and everything in the adult bookstores is still prosecutable illegal obscenity"
