    @mottsmith Like, reduce pkg was used as an incentive to get devs to build aff hsg & allowing lower pkg by right would remove incentive

    @MarketUrbanism That was the worry. The solution is to lower requirements for all, and lower even more for those building low-income units.

    @MarketUrbanism We included an incentive for affordable, which *most* like. Some remain concerned, but more have warmed.
