Heliotrope at the CCA
Heliotrope is a 12 minute audio and light experience about the seasons. It has been created by a team of artists, designers and scientists, working together to explore the impact of light on minds and bodies. John Eagles penned this leaflet about Seasonal Affective Disorder for the Royal College of Psychiatrists, an accessible introduction to the way in which the seasons can affect our mood.

Interesting that it's in a men's magazine. Seasonal Affective Disorder is experienced by many more women than men - apparently there may be evolutionary reasons for this. More on that as we move into the next phase of Heliotrope.
