Classmates, Community Remember Slain Teen
A memorial tribute was held Friday for Marckel Norman Ross, a Central High School junior, gunned down while walking to school on the morning of Sept. 11 in Capitol Heights.
- A few days ago, 18 year old Marckel Ross, a student from Central High School was gunned down while walking to school. This honor student, was on the path to success as he pursued his dreams of being a presence in the fashion industry. His life was tragically cut short and now his family needs help with his burial. These circumstances are unfortunate and we must not turn a blind eye to this. If you can support, please reach out to Carolyn White- Washington of Sisters4Sisters Inc. She is raising the funds for Marckel's funeral services and burial. Many thanks!!! #eachonereachone
- Happy Sunday FB Family~This morning I was assigned to BE the Church versus BEing in the Church for God's Divine Purpose. I am asking all of my FB Friends to assist the family of Marckel Ross, the 18 yr old honors student who was gunned down on his way to school on Tuesday 9, 2012 with funeral expenses. I am asking for EVERYONE to pray for our children in school. Since school began in Prince Georges County in less than 1 month 2 students have been murdered with no suspects and 1 shot in Baltimore and a police officer's daughter was shot in the leg and this wasn't even reported on the news. WHAT'S GOING ON??? We all must raise our voice to END VIOLENCE in our COMMUNITY. May we all Walk the Talk of the Church and help this Family in Need. May God Bless You. gofundme.com/17a514
