1. The evening kicked off with the award for "Best Airline in Branding", and Turkish Airlines won the category with their consistently groundbreaking work across digital and social platforms. Inanc Emre Albayrak, from Turkish Airlines received the award.
  2. The second award featured "Best Airline in Customer Service", and Tony Amrich from Virgin America accepted the award.
  3. The next award was for "Best Airline in Driving Revenue", and WestJet came out on top. Greg Hounslow accepted the award for WestJet.
  4. Aer Lingus was adjudged the "Best Airline in Launches". Paul Buckley and Eoin McGirl accepted the award on behalf of Aer Lingus.
  5. easyJet was awarded for being the "Best Airline in Mobile".
  6. American Airlines was adjudged the "Best Overall Airline in North America" on social media. Jonathan Pierce accepted the award for American Airlines.
  7. Next award category "Best Overall Airline in Central & South America" on social media was won by TAM Airlines (now LATAM). Alfredo Santamaria received the award on behalf of TAM Airlines.
  8. Turkish Airlines won the second award of the evening after being declared the "Best Overall Airline in Europe" on social media.
  9. The next award category saw Etihad Airways adjudicated as the "Best Overall Airline in Middle East".
  10. Air New Zealand was awarded the "Best Overall Airline in Asia Pacific" on social media. Cassie Roma received the award on behalf of Air New Zealand.
